My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and life transitions. Additionally, I work with inner childhood wounds, family conflict, trauma and complex trauma. Working with me looks like focusing on mind-body-spirit connection and working towards understanding you emotions, behaviors, and breaking old believes and patterns that keeps you stuck.
